Color Splash FX is a photography application that lets you turn your photos black and white and after that, you can paint them with your finger.
You can interact with the picture by zooming in and out with the pinching gesture and simply painting it by sliding your finger over it. Of course, you can also change the settings of the brush size so you can have your picture exactly as you want it. As for the pictures, you can choose from your albums or even take one in that instant.
The problem with this app is that the free version lacks lots of features. However, the premium version has a better brush, magnifies the area under the finger, removes the ads and many more.
